There is no one size fits all formula for nutrition. That is why I ensure you are getting the best support possible for your unique needs.
Here is what you get:
Initial Session
$150
A 60 minute individual 1:1 nutrition session where we are able to dive into your symptoms, goals, history and patterns with nutrition
Follow Up Session
$75
30 minute follow up virtual nutrition session.
We will check in on goals and make changes to best meet your unique needs. Nutrition education and resources provided.
Typically 12 sessions, meeting weekly or biweekly is advised for long term changes.
*Includes email support between sessions to answer any questions that arise
Custom Meal Plan
$175
Custom monthly meal plan
Fill out a detailed intake form and receive a personalized meal plan that takes into account your nutrition goals, medical background, food preferences, allergies/intolerances, likes/dislikes and more.
Your meal plan will include a full breakdown of macronutrients and micronutrients for each day & meal.
You will also receive full recipes for all meals and a comprehensive weekly shopping list.
